DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?

Yes. Setting up an account will allow you to order. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account at checkout page.

WHY DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU AN E-MAIL ADDRESS?

We need your e-mail address in order to send you important information about your order, including order confirmations and tracking details. If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not be able to get update regarding your order placement and tracking.

We have cash on delivery service for customers within pakistan. Please note that we do not accept any other mode of payment apart from those mentioned above.

Once your order is dispatched, you will be able to track your order instantly by entering the provided tracking number via e-mail or mobile number.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery cost will vary from location to location and will subject to the weight of the package/parcel. The cost will be calculated instantly during the checkout process according to your zip code.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS?

Sometimes there may be problems in delivering to the address which you have given to us. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss this.

  • Click continue if you want to add more products to your cart.
  • Click checkout after adding all products you want.
  • Select register or check out as guest.
  • Provide billing information and select payment method.
  • Review and click place order now.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care at +92 331 2888190..
